Woohoo! The Running Centre is bringing Steve M over for a weekend training camp. Put the March 19-21 weekend into your calendars - Dwellingup Bushcamp. Running, eating, training advice, more running, communal sleeping, more running....How much better could it get?! I only hope the guy runs trails and not just that bitumen stuff Details are supposed to be out next week on costs and registration.

Hey, TB, it's $299 for the event. The $199 I think you saw is the amount of refund you can get if you cancel before a certain date.

was awesome weekend...thoroughly enjoyed this one, so honoured to have been there...I was probably one of the slowest there, except for the the first 60 seconds of the Mona Fartlek when I was sitting right behind Radar and Mona...unforgettable weekend...5 hours of high quality running in 24 hours... we did warm down run on part on the bit of the Munda Biddi at the finish of 6 inch...the saturday evening run along the trails near the Murray river was magical, with the pine forests, I even saw 3 big black wild pigs there...photos coming soon...there is one on sugars blog already... sugar-42195.blogspot.com/2010/03/monaghetti-camp.htmlmore on my thoughts about it @ runmara2005blog.blogspot.com/2010/03/memorable-monaghetti-camp-and-1500m10k.htmlI didnt make it to Friday night, but apparently the nutrition talk was pretty unique... I think this camp has the potential to be a wild west version of the falls creek type stuff they have in the east...so hopefully it will develop in the years to come... thankyou Raf and the Running Centre...and everyone there...
