Who's going?
I'm thinking I should be right for the 50k and will be looking to let out some frustration from the recent 24hr by smashing that 4hr barrier. Would be good to see some more perth runners down this year for a great event and a very scenic course. Numbers will be down this year due to Comrades date changing.

Well, you know me, it's bitumen, so....
Plus it's the day before I head back for a visit to the Great White North.
I'll have my fingers crossed for you, Nathan, that you get all that frustration dealt with!

Fair enough Bernadette, although Dave is betraying the trails for a go at the marathon :-)

Dave always seems to walk (run) that fine line between trail runner and road runner.
Since I didn't see him at Wungong this weekend, there's a little more evidence he's leaning on the road side right now!
I look forward to reading the race reports in a mere 14 days.

Howdi guy's, just got back fom Exmouth last night 10 day's away's fishing with the boy's, off to Bunbury in the morning for the Bunbury Marathon. Fantastic preparation up to 10 day's ago until I went away, managing a couple of PB runs. Fairly agressive taper from 142 klm's down 75klm and then only 20 klm this week, legs feel like crap right now.. It will be interesting to see how the lack of running in the past 2 weeks will affect my race. Hope to see you all down there.
