That's him! Seems a little far down the field for the guy who won the M50 age category last year, hope he's alright.
BTW AndrewC is from WA and a former poster on this site, also ran the inaugural Six Inch if I remember correctly.

Well, I finally sorted out why things were so confusing on the MdS website (not everything, mind you, but some things - their website is very awkward).
There were unusual heavy rains causing flooding in Morocco at the time of the race. The organizers couldn't get to the first bivouac to set up (nice footage of a truck submerged in a flooded plain). They cancelled the first stage and had to put 1200 people up in hotels in a city.
Stage 1 was 33k, Stage 2 was 36k, Stage 3 was a special 91k, and Stage 4 was 42k. The organizers had to cancel the last stage for Saturday because it sounded like they would have been back to that flooded area. So the total distance was 202 kms. Crogs managed to stick with it and finished overall in 651st place of 770 finishers. (Well done, Crogs - any comments on that 91k stage?!?)
The winning guy did it in 16 1/2 hrs total (avg about 5 min/k pace- wow). The last finisher was at 64 hours total. Crogs's average pace was about 4 1/2 kph. Maybe we'll get a report from him here?
Nathan - the Andrew guy you were mentioning - those listings had their race number, not their position on them. Sorry for the confusion. However, I looked him up and he was "abandon" at Stage 1.
