Hello,
this will be my first Bridges Fun Run and I plan to run the 10K. Do you know if there are flags/signs informing about current distance, e.g. every km? I am not very good with pacing, and any information along the course will be helpful.
At what distance will the drink station(s) be ?
Regards Roht

Gday ROHT Yes, distance marked pretty regularly not sure if its every km though. From memory they are on the side of the path (actual signs, not painted on the pathway) so if you are in the middle of a pack you may miss them. My guess is that they will be about every 2.5km but there may be an additional one about 1km from finish. Have checked the website www.wamc.org.au for info but it didnt give any. It does have a map of the course though. Good luck in the run. Pabags

You could direct your questions to the race director - Phil Webb on 0413327287. He sometimes checks in here. Phil?

ROHT, Ive done 8 Bridges 10k's and my experience has been that there is 1km,2km,3km,4km,5km,6km,7km,8km,9km markers. As Pabags says they are on a sign on the side of the path, possibly red numbers on a white sign?, but you have to keep out an eagle eye for them, because in the pack of runners its easy to miss ém.
There is usually at least 3-4 drink stations from memory, maybe more. All the best!

Thanks for your info, very helpful. As mentioned, pacing is always difficult. To make the mathematics easy (and push myself a little), I will probably aim for km-times of integer minutes.
